Paul Abramson MD has been assisting medically-supervised self tracking projects with his patients since 2009, helping people explore their own medical conditions and take control of their health. For patients the process has variously turned out to be challenging, enlightening, frustrating, productive, cathartic, and even useless. Dr. Abramson will discuss lessons learned, and thoughts on how self tracking can be combined with other modalities to accelerate self discovery and change.
